Overseas Deliveries – Please contact us for a bespoke quote if you wish your goods to be delivered overseas.
Goods will always be dispatched within 24 hrs of an order being placed (exc. Sun & Bank Hols) unless otherwise advised, although we will endeavour to dispatch sameday whenever possible.
Goods should be received within 2-3 working days of placing your order, although please allow up to 5 working days after your order has been despatched in case there are courier delays.
We will email tracking info to you when we confirm that your goods have been dispatched whenever possible along with an estimated date of delivery so that you can liaise directly with the courier in question should you want to track the parcel, arrange re-delivery etc. You may also receive separate communications direct from the courier.
If it is possible that there will be nobody at home to accept your delivery, we would advise you request us to deliver goods to a work or provide an alternative address of friend/family when placing an order.
Failed Delivery Attempts – If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel they will leave you a card offering to re- deliver or you may prefer to collect from a local depot. Please liaise directly with the courier wherever possible, however we are happy to assist should you have any delivery issues.
Non-Delivery – If you have received a confirmation email to say your order has been despatched and you have still not received the goods, please contact us by email or phone and we will assist in any way we can.
Nature’s Presence will not refund delivery costs or pay additional delivery charges if an order has not been delivered due to customer failure to respond to carrier’s delivery card messages and/or contact made by Nature’s Presence via the contact details provided or if a customer has neglected to state specific delivery requirements resulting non-delivery by couriers.
When we have received your order you will receive an email confirmation to confirm the order has been received and a separate email to confirm the goods have been dispatched. Should you wish to cancel your order please let us know asap by phone or email and we will arrange a full refund within 1-2 working days unless goods have already been dispatched, in which case please treat as a return.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for whatever reason you are not please contact us by email within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods in the first instance and we will advise of our Returns Procedure and arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
Unwanted items must be returned un-used and in perfect condition. In all circumstances you must return the goods in their original packaging, i.e. presentation boxes, bags, labels accompanied by an invoice and/or copy of email correspondence relating to the return. All items returned must be adequately packed for protection in transit. We will not offer a refund or replacement for returned items that are damaged in transit to us due to inadequate protection.
If in the unfortunate event items delivered to you are damaged, broken or faulty please inform us by email within 48 hours of inspecting your goods accompanied by photos where appropriate.
Please do not return any items before contacting us first.
